Returns & Refund Policy

Returns accepted within 14 days of purchase, please get in contact with us first to discuss any issues. We can either send out a replacement, parts or request that you return the item back.

If the item is faulty we will reimburse all costs including buyers postage back to us (must use the cheapest form of postage – we will advise). We will only refund items once we have received them back and checked their condition.

We are a reasonable company so do get in touch to talk through any issues, we sell thousands of products a year and have very few returns. Happy Shopping!
